Einfach geil Müll sammeln / Anglers against trash

Einfach geil Müll sammeln – Anglers against trash – is an attempt to unity anglers of all kinds to collect trash on all our beloved waters. While this was started by a carp-angler group, it is directed to all anglers to show that we are the ones that clean the waters and keep em tidy and we are not the bad guys as many so called environment protective groups often want to put us.

The group was able to get a few big sponsors on board, one of the biggest fishing gear retailers, brands like Nash and Naturebaits are on board as well. They all helped to print some 35,000 trash bags with their logo and slogan Einfach geil Müll sammeln / aka. Anglers against trash (hard to translate this in a way it keeps its magic). These bags will be added for free to any orders directly with the sponsors and will also be available for free at many participating fishing gear stores.

The goal is to post pictures with anglers collecting trash in these bags from the lakes and riverbanks and show that we clean and care a lot about the environment.

All participants are asked to upload the pictures to their website as well, during the set time-frame. In doing so, you also get the chance to win top prices from the sponsors.

Eventually the goal is to repeat this event multiple times a year.
