Found this one during a search. Seems simple enough. It's essentially a boilie recipe, though the author doesn't call it by that.
1/2 lb. white bread flour (semolina)
1/4 lb. rice grits
1/4 lb. soy flour
4 eggs
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 cup dried shrimp
Red food coloring
